Ingo has more than 14 years private equity, investment banking and corporate management experience covering all aspects of the investment process, corporate strategy, debt structuring, company directorships, financial and turnaround management, and fundraising. Prior to Quay Capital and recently, Allegro Private Equity, Ingo spent 8 years at ABN Amro Capital with responsibility for investment origination, deal execution and portfolio company management. He was involved in the majority of the fund's successful investments (returning an average of 2.0x invested cash of A$195m) and was a board member for a number of companies, including Clifford Hallam Healthcare, Bluestone Group, New Price Retail, cap-XX and Beeline Technologies. Prior to entering the private equity industry in 2000, Ingo worked as an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney and Bankers Trust, and held a hands-on role in the transport sector.

Ingo holds a B.Bus (University of Technology, Sydney), is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Fellow member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (F. Fin).
