Adrian is a founding principal of Quay Capital and has particular expertise in:

• Introducing capital (equity and debt) to companies.
  
• Buying and selling businesses (with a specialisation in buying and selling distressed businesses including businesses out of administration or receivership).
  
• Advising directors, shareholders and other stakeholders in situations where
  administrators or receivers are about to be or have been appointed.
  
• Developing and implementing restructuring and turnaround plans in medium and large sized organisations.

Adrian has provided advice to clients in a range of different industries including, mining, healthcare, education, retailing, hospitality, property and energy. 

Adrian has over 15 years experience in restructuring, capital raising, sale and acquisition of business engagements.

Adrian was previously at Arthur Andersen where he led restructuring engagements in Australia, Brunei and Thailand and at one stage was General Manager of one of Brunei's largest domestic companies.

Prior to establishing Quay Capital, Adrian was director of a boutique corporate advisory and private equity firm, Allen Capital.

Adrian is an admitted solicitor and chartered accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Australian National University and has also completed the Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment at the Securities Institute of Australia.
